If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by calling us at 1-888-696-7626.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, our system processes orders several times per day. Orders may be processed as soon as 30 minutes after the order is placed. Once an order has been processed and forwarded to the warehouse for shipping, it can no longer be changed.
If your order has already been processed, you may return or exchange your merchandise in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policies, which can be found here. Please note that if you refuse any merchandise rather than follow our Return Policy, you may be charged a $50 per box service fee.

|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we can no longer alter or cancel your order. It has already left our warehouse.|
