|Christmas Tree Market™ Warranty and Parts Replacement Program
This program is valid on products which come with the standard Christmas Tree Market™ Warranty. If the product you purchased comes with a Vickerman Warranty, please click here to view the Vickerman warranty information. This program is valid as of 8/23/13. If you purchased your merchandise purchased prior to 8/23/13, the details of your warranty may differ. Please contact customer service for more information.
At Christmas Tree Market™ we are dedicated to providing quality products. In the event you have a product which is damaged or not working properly, Christmas Tree Marketís non-clearance trees, wreaths, and garlands are covered by our Two Year Foliage and One Year Light Limited Warranty.
If you have a problem with your lights, first try to resolve it by following the troubleshooting section of the Assembly Instruction sheet that came with your Christmas Tree Market™ tree, wreath, or garland. Most problems can be easily fixed by following these tips. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us at 1-888-696-7626, and we will be happy to troubleshoot your issue and determine the best solution. Please note that this warranty does not cover burned out bulbs or normal wear and tear.
We request that you be prepared to troubleshoot the problem with us and we may request that you submit pictures so that we can see the issue (both close-ups of the problem and views of the full product). We reserve the right to repair or replace any part of the product serviced under warranty.
We will do everything we can to service your product as quickly as possible. If for any reason your product canít be fixed, we will replace your product with an identical item if available. If itís not available, weíll send you a similar product of equal or greater value. All repair service must be pre-authorized through our customer service department. No products or parts will be replaced or repaired without pre-authorization.
Non-Clearance Item Warranty and Part Replacement
If you experience an issue with your merchandise, provide us with requested documentation to verify the problem, and we are unable to resolve your issue through troubleshooting, we will immediately notify our Parts Replacement Department and determine the best way to resolve your issue. We have most types of lighting strands available for immediate shipment, and tree sections can easily be restrung. For other lighting and foliage problems we will have a replacement section shipped as soon as possible. If we do not have the needed part available, we will have the needed part manufactured for you in the offseason.
If you experience an issue with your clearance merchandise within the first 10 days after receiving the merchandise, provide any requested documentation to verify the problem, and we are unable to resolve your issue through troubleshooting, we will immediately notify our Parts Replacement Department and determine the best way to resolve your issue. We have most types of lighting strands available for immediate shipment, and tree sections can easily be restrung. For other lighting and foliage problems we will have a replacement section shipped to you. If we do not have the needed part available, we will have the needed part manufactured for you in the offseason.
The Christmas Tree Market™ Two Year Foliage and One Year Light Limited Warranty is not applicable to clearance merchandise. Only clearance items which have an out of the box issue will qualify for repair as outlined above in the Clearance Items section. This warranty does not cover burned out bulbs and is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or neglect or is intentionally altered. This warranty cannot be transferred and is only valid for items shipped within the 50 United States and Canada.
