| How do I return my product? |

Please email us at support@christmastreemarket.com to receive a Return to Manufacturer Authorization number. Then ship the item back using the carrier of your choice to the following address:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@christmastreemarket.com to let us know. Our customer service agents will give you specific instructions as to where to send the product. They will also provide you with a return number so that after we receive and inspect your return, we can credit your account accurately. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Any shipping fees charged at time of purchase are not refundable. There is a $50 per box fee if your return shipment is sent to any address other than our Returns Department location and we are required to transport the boxes to our Returns Department.
As long as we receive the returned product in our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase and before December 25, Christmas Tree Market will gladly issue you a refund of your purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to your credit card within 30 days once the returned product is received at our warehouse.
Note: We can’t accept returns if the product is damaged because of improper care or use. |
