Returns and Exchanges
How do I exchange my product?
  If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, please email us at support@christmastreemarket.com or call us at 1-888-696-7626.  We will be happy to assist you with selecting a different item, and as soon as we are able to verify the originally purchased item has been shipped back to us, your new item will be sent.  If you select a more expensive item you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost, and the 10% restocking fee will be waived.  If you select a less expensive item, we will credit you the difference.  Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
What is your return policy?
  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the following terms and conditions: 

 
Trees, Wreaths, and Garlands Return Policy 
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your tree, wreath, garland, you may return it within 30 days of receipt or before December 25, whichever comes first. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the return arriving at our return center, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees charged at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all return shipping charges

Accessory Return Policy 
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your accessory you may return it within 10 days of receipt or before December 25, whichever comes first. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the return arriving at our return center, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees charged at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

Clearance Item Return Policy 
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your clearance item you may return it within 10 days of receipt or before December 25, whichever comes first. The product should be returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the return arriving at our return center, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees charged at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

Additional Information 
The return of products under the following conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to an additional return fee: 
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect or are intentionally altered 
  • Unauthorized returns 
  • Returns shipped to us later than 30 days of receipt or after December 25th 
We are dedicated to issuing your refund as quickly as possible. All returns must be inspected upon receipt by our quality assurance team. Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return for your merchandise to be inspected and for your credit to be issued.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, damaged or has an issue, please email us at support@christmastreemarket.com or call us at 1-888-696-7626 and we will send you the correct product at no cost to you, or resolve the damage or issue as outlined in our Warranty and Replacement Parts Policy. This return policy excludes normal bulb burnout including wear and tear damage resulting from accident, outdoor usage, alteration, or misuse that can cause multiple-bulb failure. The return policy is void if you have misused or damaged the product in any way. 

To Initiate Return: 
Please email us at support@christmastreemarket.com or call us at 1-888-696-7626 and we will provide you with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and additional instructions. Please write the RMA number and order number on the shipping label. For example, FedEx and UPS provide a reference area on the shipping label where you can write this information.

For customers in the continental US, return shipping label(s) for your merchandise are available to you, if requested. If you elect to use our label(s), $40 per box will be deducted from your credit to cover the cost of shipping. If you prefer not to use our label(s) or are located outside the continental US, please ship your merchandise back to us at the above address at your own expense, and using a traceable shipping method. If you refuse delivery of your package instead of following our Return Policy procedures, or if you ship your return to any other address, you will be charged a $50 per box service fee.

International Returns: 
If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid, including any applicable clearance and shipping fees and taxes, and you need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any fees charged to Christmas Tree Market will be deducted from your credit.
