Christmas Tree Market™ offers the following shipping options: FedEx Ground (50 United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico), FedEx 2-Day Air (continental USA), and FedEx Standard Overnight (continental USA).
|What are my shipping charges?|
We are currently offering FREE FedEx ground shipping for most orders! Pricing will be reflected in your shopping cart with no coupon needed.
Please note there are additional shipping costs for expedited shipping and shipping to AK, HI, Canada, and Puerto Rico. To figure out expedited shipping and shipping costs for those areas simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
|Shipping to Canada|
|Christmas Tree Market™ is pleased to offer shipping to Canada though a partnership with FedEx Trade Networks. Christmas Tree Market™ will collect an additional amount for your order at checkout to cover our costs of shipping and handling, as well as an amount that FedEx Trade Networks will use to remit the appropriate GST/PST/HST on your behalf. This additional amount charged at checkout will also cover the costs of FedEx Trade Networks acting as customs broker for your order.
To see the exact amount that will be charged for your order, please place your item(s) in the shopping cart, fill in your address, select “CANADA (FedEx will remit GST/PST/HST on your behalf)” for shipping rates, and click on “recalculate.” You will then see the amount of this total fee as well as the grand total for your order.
|Shipping to PO boxes and APO addresses|
|We currently are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. Please supply a physical mailing address when filling out your shipping information.|

|When will my order ship?|
Christmas Shipping Information: If your order is received by 5 PM Eastern Time, it will be shipped the next business day, and FedEx tracking numbers should be available the day after your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress and know when your order will arrive.After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
