At Christmas Tree Market, we believe that our trees are beautiful and will continue to delight you now and for many Christmases to come. In case of any issues, we offer a 5-year tree and foliage warranty and a 3-year lights warranty.
5-Year Tree & Foliage Warranty
Christmas Tree Market’s trees, wreaths, and garlands are covered by our 5-Year Tree & Foliage Limited Warranty.
If you discover a problem with your tree or foliage, please contact us at 1-888-696-7626 or customerservice@christmastreemarket.com.
If you notice a manufacturing defect in your tree or foliage, Christmas Tree Market will fix or replace the defective pieces for free. If you experience a problem with the tree or foliage, you may choose to send your tree, wreath, or garland back to us for free repair, as long as your product is still under warranty. We will pick up, repair and return the product to you at our expense.
If for any reason we cannot fix the tree or replace the parts, we will replace your product with an identical one, if available. If it is no longer available, we will send you a similar product of equal or higher value.
Unfortunately, we are not able to repair products during our busy holiday season (September to December).
Note: Christmas Tree Market can only repair or replace products if you have the original purchase receipt. This warranty cannot be transferred and is only valid for items shipped within the U.S. This warranty only applies to our trees and foliage. Our 3-Year Lights Warranty can be found below.
3-Year Lights Warranty
All of our pre-lit trees, wreaths, and garlands come with our Christmas Tree Market 3-Year Light Limited Warranty.
If you have a problem with your lights, try to resolve it by following the troubleshooting section of the instruction sheet that came with your Christmas Tree Market tree, wreath, or garland. If the problem is not resolved, call us at 1-888-696-7626 or email us at customerservice@christmastreemarket.com. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement light set (available for all green trees). This set should enable you to easily repair the lights yourself.
If the replacement light set does not correct the issue to your satisfaction, please contact us at 1-888-696-7626 or customerservice@christmastreemarket.com so we can set you up to ship your tree, wreath, or garland back to us for repair. We will pick up, repair and return the product back to you at our expense.
