Tree arrived within a week of ordering although I ordered in the early fall.
Arrived in good shape.
Easy to assemble... and looks beautiful.
No complaints.

We are quite pleased with this tree. I made several calls to your staff for information before I purchased this tree. Everybody I talked to was very professional and extremely helpful. After ordering, the tree was here within a few days. We set it up and all appears to be great. Can't wait top decorate it next Xmas.
