I was quite hesitant buying an artificial tree on line from any company, not being able to see it first. It was the 12' Balsam Spruce. It came in 3 boxes. All parts were included - no parts missing, nothing damaged. It took about 8-10 hours to assemble, shape, and then reshape the bottom after finishing the top assembly due to the ladder.
When finished, it was magnificent!!! VERY full, well lit, and extremely satisfying, even without seeing it first. Visitors commented on how beautiful it was. And I recommended it and the site for them.
